LivingContext is a knowledge layer for Salesforce teams and their AI tools. It brings together synced metadata, an interactive dependency graph and your team’s documentation, so you can investigate a change and preserve what you learn. Use Graph to explore where a field, report or email template is referenced and what it depends on. Use the documentation agent to draft explanations from linked metadata, review proposed edits and refresh documentation when its sources change. Available connections, permissions and workspace settings determine the context each workflow can use.

Search your setup, explore a visual map or connection list, and inspect the source behind a relationship. Coverage gaps remain visible; a missing link does not mean unused.

Living documentation

A docs site backed by your own GitHub or GitLab repo. Markdown in git stays the source of truth; LivingContext renders, searches, and maintains it.

AI documentation agents

Draft pages from linked metadata and templates, review tracked editor suggestions, and use configured change-tracking and coverage workflows to propose documentation updates.

Browser capture

A Chrome extension records workflows step by step — screenshots, annotations, video — and publishes them as polished guides in one click.

How it works

  1. Connect your tools. Link GitHub or GitLab (where your docs live) and optionally Salesforce, Confluence, and Slack.
  2. Agents observe. Every 15 minutes, LivingContext sweeps tracked branches and Salesforce metadata for changes and documentation gaps.
  3. Review in the Inbox. Proposed updates and new pages land in a triage queue. Accept or reject each one — accepted work ships as a pull request or change request.
  4. Investigate and maintain context. Explore metadata relationships in Graph, review suggested documentation changes, and browse or ask questions against the context your workspace has indexed.

Every AI-generated change in LivingContext is grounded or it doesn’t ship: drafts are grounded in real evidence (commit diffs, metadata, your existing docs) and always pass through human review — the Inbox, a change request, or a pull request — before reaching your documentation.
